I can’t believe how quick this year has gone! A year ago my next expedition seemed like a lifetime away . . . but it’s not long now.

The meaning of life . . . some need to learn from it!
Many years ago I took up sea kayaking with a passion, but I had to learn the hard way, totally on my own.

30 November: The training now begins.
With only 4 months until I head off on my next expedition, I’m now into my second week of daily training on my mountain bike.
